RTM function?

What/where is the RTM function to report a particular post/poster?

The triangular icon outlined in red with the exclamation point in it, under the poster's handle. Mouse over it, and it will say 'report post'. On the mobile site, however, I don't see an equivalent.

This symbol below the user's name on their posts.
