Work sucks i finaly got a appointment with a beautiful provider that is visiting and then i come into work and it is a war zone now i have to cancell because she is only hear untill noon today. To hell with work.

Why did you even go into work? You need to plan better and have an alternate strategy. I'd suggest the following for future things like this where you need to make a quick exit.
Always have a package of instant oatmeal in your desk. Cinnamon & Apple works best. Nice chunks.Go to the water fountain and then mix it up in your mouth. Enter your boss's office and throw it up in his wastebasket. Then announce you think you have the 24 hr flu and you're going home.
Just use this sparingly or they might catch on to you.

That has happened to me so many times back in the Mortgage hayday!! I would book only to have to cancel due to a huge fire to put out that killed my mood anyway.. now that I am not buys and poor, no $$ to book 3 gals a week like I used to
