hello all,
I'm a lot new here and need a little help here please.

I joined here a few weeks ago, set up an appointment with a lady, I could not make it. so I called her to cancel a couple of hours before we were going to meet. she tell's me that I still owe her the money, yet the ad sad nothing about it. she also said she knows who I really am. and will "out me" (what ever that means)
should I pay her when the meeting didn't happen?

Well sweetie every provider is different....who is this provider?

As long as you gave at least 2-3 hr notice then u should be fine...canceling last minute though I would say yes to having to pay her because u blocked her time out already and she probably turned other appts away to see u.

Threatening to "OUT" someone over that seems extreme...maybe this thread should be in the alert section

P.S. Fill out my appointment request and we will see if we can't get ur feet wet

NO!
It's unfortunate that someone is trying to take advantage of a newbie. I'd imagine if for example someone tried that with SL he'd laugh his ass off and politely tell them no.

No appointment = no money.

I suppose if you really wanted to see the girl and didn't want to burn a bridge, but if the provider acted that way I wouldn't want to see her anyway.

How does she know who you really are? If you shared personal info for screening and now she's threatening to use it, you should post an alert and who she is on here! If you cancelled that far in advance, you're fine. Real world happens to providers and hobbyists alike. I'd definitely not pay her... Sets a bad precedent and she could continue to hold that threat over your head. Also lesson learned about providing personal info for newbie screening! Research more, ask questions here, just be very wary of who you give the info to.

Is she on here? If so, if her ad and/or showcase don't explicitly mention a cancellation fee and you did in fact give sufficient notice, you have no prior agreement to pay anything and you didn't ncns, so you're good!

I'd be fucking RICH!
I never understood how one actually goes about collecting a "cancellation fee"
If they reschedule, maybe ...if they dont, then what?

What do her TOS say?
I doubt she has that listed.

If so, you'd be doing a service to others to know who to be careful of.
How rude!! You don't owe her shit!! I'm sure you apologized and meant it... Sometimes ladies and gents have to cancel... Shit happens and sometimes we just get nervous!!

PrittiKitti... How could I deprive you.

I'm going to agree with all of the above with one exception.

You owe zero if she is set up for incall meaning she provides the room.

However, if she normally does not provide an incall and you requested an early morning meeting and she went out of her way to rent a room the night before just to meet with you and you then cancelled, I would say you owe no less than the cost of the room and a reasonable cancellation fee for the aggravation you caused.

If this is not the scenario, then all bets off and it's what they said.

The reason I bring this up is because you are new and as such may not know the proper 'rules'.

Better luck on the next one.

Mike, no disrespect intended, but you need to immediately stop what you are doing, bud. If this provider has your personal information, that is some serious shit. This hobby and the real world should never intersect, for when they do, bad shit can happen....very, very, very bad shit. So if this gal is threatening to "out" you, then she must have your personal information. You need to shore this area up, friend because they should NEVER have this information. EVER!

If you're married, have an SO, family, career, whatever, you are prime for the picking because you are an easy mark. Before you take another step or try to schedule with ANYONE, please go into the links below and read, read, read, read, read.

I cannot emphasize this enough because you are going to learn some very valuable information in so doing. Believe me. It will only help you and make you aware of a lot of shit you haven't even considered. Do it.

But that's not what you want to hear at this point, so...

That said, does this provider have your personal information and can she "out" you to the real world, or is it limited to her posting a "bullshit No Call/No Show" on your handle--here in the hobby?

If it's here in the hobby, post her handle.

If it's real world, your choices just got a lot more interesting...

Don't do anything just yet. Answer some of these questions and we'll try to advise you the best course of action.
