First time is dynamite. After awhile, it becomes same-old same-old.

Before I was in the hobby I was with the same girl for years. She had a pierced tongue, and I got used to it. One day she had it out for cleaning and my god her tongue was warm. Now that I am in the hobby, I can focus and tell the difference, but there is a lot more unique parts to the BJ than the piercing for me to focus on during the BJ.

Well, it seems clear to me that mrhamm has way more experience in this area than I do. So judge accordingly.

That said, my sense is that the answer to this question is no different that the answer to so many hobby questions involving circumstances/technique. Which is to say, it depends both on your previous experience--in your case with someone with tongue studs--and the skills of the lady with the metal.

In my own case, I found my initial encounter with a studded tongue intensely erotic. But subsequent experience was like a non-studded blowjob--verry fine, but not radically different/better from another.

But, studded women who go further afield, to the boys, my nips, ears, and (ymm, ymm good) my starfish separate themselves from the "pack." In part that has to do with skills and a willingness to explore taboos. But there is a real difference IMHO between having your balls licked, and having them licked by a stud. I like metal--a lot.

It similar with a woman with studs in her nipples, her clit, or her labia. Except there, sensitivity really varies and you'd best determine her individual tolerance/desires in advance.

Years ago, when piercings were just coming on to the scene, I was at a restaurant and the waitress was a 20-something that had a single piercing.
