Unable to Fetch?

I'm getting so frustrated. Can someone help me please? I keep getting a message about the site not being able to fetch my showcase type. I dont know what to do and also I have fixed my picture to be 150 x 150 and I still can't make an avatar.....ohhh

Be sure that your avatar jpg file is less than 97.7k, too. 150 x 150 is just one of the requirements. I don't know anything about the showcase type, since I don't have one of those.

Alyssa, can you give me an idea of what steps you are taking when you get this message? I want to try to track down the problem.
