Getting into the adult web design business?

So I'm looking to get into the adult web design business but would like to know what people would expect from me? I thought digital airbrush work would be a good one, but was wanting to know if anyone had any other ideas?

Is there even a market for this, or do providers usually make their own sites?

As for me, I've worked as a copywriter for about 3 years off-and-on while in college. I graduate in the summer with an AAS in IT and am working on obtaining some Adobe certifications this semester. I currently just run one website for a small business I own. I am willing to provide examples of my web design and Photoshop skills if anyone's interested, and I am very negotiable in price due to my newness to this line of work (and would be interested in trading services.)

I'm a Professional Web Developer myself, Perpetualbeta, would you mind shooting me some details as well as to a price range you've been working with and so on. I'm not your ordinary designer/coder. I've worked with big name companies, so I wouldn't exactly be cheap, but all depends on the content... and bartering + what they want (full CMS, etc)

Here's an example I made today in a few hours. I can do a lot more when I have someone else giving me ideas and photos. I can do fully graphical pages, Wordpress sites, Facebook, Tumblr, etc. I can code but not well enough to do something major. PM me if you're interested. I'm very reasonable.

Do you have any samples yet?

No, but I'm trying to team up with a few people on here so the work is quicker and more professional. I'm still not sure if there's even a market, seeing as how sites like escort-site.com are free.
