I posted two reviews on providers I visited last week got one approved the other one pending,how long is the time frame from approval to having it on the providers reviews count?

It all really depends on when I have time to go through the review queue. I assign reviews to providers at the same time.
I tend to not approve reviews when I'm on my mobile device. It can be difficult trying to navigate the page and accidentally activating the BACK function on the browser.
I also like to be alone before I sit down and start approving reviews. I hate it when people try to look over my shoulder while browsing the site.
Reviews submitted during the week get done fairly quickly. Weekends are a different story. Too many people in my real life pulling me in too many directions. If I don't get to them today or tomorrow, they will be approved Monday morning.
