Not staff, but I believe the following to be accurate:
A mod will link the review to the Provider's profile under the 'ECCIE Reviews' tab - this is a manual task, so it may take a couple of days before a mod gets to it.
When it comes to her Showcase, I believe the provider must choose which reviews are linked in the Reviews box of the showcase, and I believe there is a limit (like four) to the number she can link there.
Actually we can put more up and we can choose what ones are put up, but the mods will get to it and if your asking when it will be recognized by mods to get credit it can be asap or a couple days depending on what the mods have going on and if they can get to it right away.
