Died with a needle in his arm. Not so surprising. He knew he had a problem and gave himself over to it. Such a waste.

Such a waste!!!

Affects all levels of society.
I don't do them but I see it around me with the people I know.
Kills me to see them to this to themselves.

I can never understand it.
I would like to remind people that today is also the 1-year anniversary of United States Navy SEAL sniper Chris Kyle's death.

Sad, he was very talented. Unfortunately that doesn't make happiness.

So Sad, Loss of a really good actor. Too many succumb to the disease. Addiction is a disease! Once an addict always an addict. You have to remember that it has one goal and one goal only - to take your life and kill you. It's an enemy of any happiness. Once sober you can never let those demons back into your life, not even just a little. No matter how bad things get while sober, they are ALWAYS worse when your not. Proud to be -31 years drug sober!

Better get off my soapbox!

And Chris Kyle - you are remembered!

Congrats Maxx on your sobriety.

Perfect illustration of how we make choices in life and the consequences of those choices.

Now that everyone knows about him, I'd like to let people know of another who died that no one has taken notice.
