Anything going on with pm system?

So just wondering if there is a problem with the pm system. I have sent I think 3 pm's in the last couple of days. They do not show up in confirmed / unconfirmed lists. They do show up in my sent items. Just trying to be sure they actually sent. Thanks for any info.
