The "First Initial" Rule

Vachon's Avatar
I can easily imagine why they created the first initial rule when creating a provider review at an AMP. However, I think it makes it a bit difficult to request a provider you have seen promoted in a review with only a first initial. Is there an alternative method?
Why don't they cloak the names of all the providers being reviewed????? Hell, why don't they cloak the name of the reviewer!!!! That rule is the biggest piece of "BS" and "Absurdity" I have seen in a long time.....You can give the address, directions, phone number, describe the activities IN DETAIL, even state how much you paid......BUT OMG!!!!!! only use the first letter and then a bunch of asterisks for their name.....for security......to protect the amp worker.......BS!!!!!

I think it makes sense in most cases if you really think about it!

While I don't think the owners of many strip clubs or AMPs are clueless, providing the "extra" services we want is not their primary business (with some exceptions) and of course they want to have deniability so they can say a girl acted on her own. I know I've been in many strip clubs and for most their goal is to get as money from a guy as possible without actually breaking the law. Even in the legit ones, there are always a few girls who are willing to do much more if the money is good enough. Those are the few girls that the rule was created for and they really are subject to losing their jobs if caught. It's less likely that girls at AMPs are regularly providing extra services without the owner's knowledge (and cut), but there is probably 1 out of 20 somewhere, lol. This small measure of discretion in reviews may really protect a girl and therefore keep these extra services available for us guys. It's not that hard to get the girls name if you want to see her - just PM the reviewer and they are free to send it. I don't see a problem with guys posting the lineup with full names available at a local AMP, as long as it's not in a thread that mentions specific extras (like a review).

Regular providers are very different because they are actively posting ads to let guys know that what they offer, which is often their only employment.
Vic......It's one of the silliest rules I have seen in a long time......No one is being protected.....this is a pay for sex site.....plain and simple!!!! It's no secret, every one in the world knows what happens in an "AMP"........"ALL AMP'S".......every single one, sometimes it just takes a few times to get the provider to loosen up.

To compound the silliness is to assume that PM'ing someone to get the providers name is somehow giving her protection.....protection from what???? Can't the owner PM someone, can't a cop PM someone.....there is no way that anyone can tell who is who on here.

The girls use fake names, the reviewers use fake names....everything posted is all hearsay, there is no proof that anything happened and a fake review could as easily be posted as a real one.......it's just nonsense to have conflicting rules and different sets of standards.

vicnms, thank you for doing an excellent job of explain why the rule is there.

Many legit LMTs actually a "No Review Policy", which ECCIE abides by if requested and approved. I suspect some AMPs might want one too, if they knew it were possible, but I'm sure some are happy with the publicity.

Sure anyone can PM anyone and we have no way of knowing if one of them is LE. The advantage of PM (like the private forums) is that it's not seachable via web sites like google, so no danger of a name popping up for the whole planet to see. If you log out of ECCIE and do a search of an AMP like 777, you'll be able to see all but the ROS part of the review, so a name like Angel in the title or provider name field would be visible to everyone. Using the first initial like A*** is at least a small measure of discetion since there are obviously many names that could match. I realize that the names are fake, but if there are 20 reviews describing how great Angel is at CG, then it would make is easier for LE to go in and ask for Angel and then follow the process we say works to have Angel take the $, strip down, and then take a ride in the back of the squad car. Sure, if LE wants someone, they will get them one way or another, but why give them the roadmap and favorite destinations? A PM is very private and even Moderators can't read someone else's PMs. However, I'll look into whether including the name in the ROS part of the review only is acceptable, since that is restricted to guys with PA access!

I'm not sure what you mean by "conflicting rules & standards", but if you're talking about the difference between strip clubs/AMPs and ECCIE Verfied Providers, it's different because strip clubs and AMPs do not advertise and extra services.

The major issue I have with using C**** is that I then have trouble remembering the girl's name and therefore the experience but I still think about Candy in Atlanta from years ago. Being able to use the AMP name in the ROS would be helpful.

As for help remembering the experience, I'm not sure how most guys do it, but before I post a review I write and save it to an encrypted folder. In that file, I save all the details that I might not post in the review thread, i.e. full name (sometimes I know their real name), hotel where we met, unadvertised special activities or rates that I received, etc. Then when I feel the urge to relive that appt, I just open my private review!
