At the start of the session, I complimented her on her fresh scent (from the body wash she'd used); then, again, while basking in the afterglow -- and asked her whether she'd ever seen Al Pacino in
Scent of a Woman. Recounting a favorite scene, I recited Lieutenant Colonel Frank Slade's (Al Pacino's) discourse:
"Women. What can you say? Who made them? God must have been a f***ing genius..."
Pacino's monologue in this scene ends with:
"...I need a drink..."
At which, she sprang from the bed to fetch me the bottled water I'd brought.
I had to tell her: "No, babe -- that's a line from the movie!"
