Feeling pressured by a provider

I recently sent a message to a provider that lived in the area I was in, which is two hours away from my home. The response was to late and I was already headed back when I finally spoke to them.

I explained my situation and that I would have to try for a different time frame. Everything was cool, I got a missed call the other day, called it back and it was the provider. They said it was a missdial and of course no biggie.

I was pleased with how nice they were since I am new to any if this and sent a PM telling them again I was sorry we missed each other but very thankful at how kind they were. A few minutes later I get a message saying that as a new hobbyist it is good for my reputation to keep an appointment, which never was made, and that one was already scheduled for me at 3:00 today.

I am a disabled Veteran that can't really make those kinds of treks every other day. I may be to nice of a guy but I thought it was good to give a compliment on their kindness, now I feel like I'm being pressured into making an appointment that will put my body in severe pain just from the drive there, then drive all the way back.

I don't think I did anything wrong and I was going to reschudle for later this week but not after getting a message that feels like black mail.

Do all providers do this, or is this a special circumstance? Was I wrong in giving a compliment, being cordial over the phone, and appologizing?
Keep being coridal and respectful. Good/honest providers will not do this to you. I wish you the best of luck. According to everything you wrote here, you did nothing wrong.
I agree with Marie. A good provider will NEVER make you feel pressured for any reason. Don't give up, there are many MS ladies who will do right by you.

I see that you don't have any reviews so you are a newbie. Please understand that the VAST majority of ladies on ECCIE are understand. Leave this lady and find someone else.

I am going to straight forward! This incident is about me.

There was a big misunderstanding and I had several appointments lined up, and accidentally dialed the wrong person. Before I had a chance to explain I was cut off.
I am a real provider and DO NOT need to pressure a client, when I am bombarded with request. He was new and I had a conversation, he sent me his number, I called to verify him once, and forgot to delete it, and called by accident!

I don't need to expose myself, he was kind enough not to put my name but I am honest and can admit my mistakes.

I would not and do not have to pressure anyone or anything, and I do apologize if you had any doubts about the ms providers. A client had canceled and rebooked twice, and I had the numbers confused.

Nothing Personal against the hobbyist, but I am HUMAN and make mistakes!

I guess all clients (or at least their numbers) look alike, lol. Appears to be a simple miscommunication, so no need to worry, since it happens to all of us every now and then.

The one thing I wouldn't like would be a situation where someone called me saying they set an appt for me (sounds like something an agency would do). A call to ask about rescheduling if I cancelled would be fine, but not to tell me the time they selected for me (even if I was available)!
