Hello I think I am having the same problem as Tirecreek. My first review was submitted on 2/3/2014. Will I gain access to read reviews in full so that I may see more providers?

This happens quite frequently. When you posted the review you clicked on the button that says 
so the system sees it as a normal thread. If you want it to be seen as a review you have to click on the button that says 
and then the system sees it as a review and sends it to the Mods to see if it meets the criteria for the 6 weeks PA access. Because the system doesn't see it as a review, we can't decision it and you don't get the 6 weeks PA credit.
I will take a look and if it qualifies, ask the Admins to issue the credit manually, but in the future please click on thebutton!!!
