When I was younger I worked plenty of jobs in the oil and roustabout industry's....all that stripper money was great for a youngin... But was never usually home...since he has a degree, which I lacked at the time... I suggest something in safety, IT, management, or survey which are mostly salary positions... Unless he wants to make $$$ and work his way up on the rig doin 120+- hour weeks.... Great OT and most schedules are 2weeks on 1 week off.... Some scheds are even more flex such as 1/1..2/2...3/1 ...
