Where & if.... do I start a thread informing users of a popular site that has a potential glitch that can reveal their possibly personal info?

I don't see any issues with it being in either co-ed or alert. Don't be specific to the member you're addressing, if you want to do that either contact them directly or you can have one of us message them for you.
