Some Advice Needed

Due to new medication changes( I will not dive into my medical problems) I have been retaining water like crazy. Like some days ill fit into a size 9/10 other days a 12/14 Is all I can wear. It seems to flucuate 5-10 lbs on a day to day basis. I feel god awful on the days im retaining a lot of water. Is this normal? Is there any suggestions someone could offer

I sincerely hope that your situation is cured soon. However this might be the time to get a second opinion from a physician or at least tell your current physician about his issue. Something is obviously not right. To me it sounds like your kidney functions are not right. It might be a good idea to try and measure your fluid intake and passing to make sure as much is going out vs. what you have going in.

That is not normal, speaking as a medical professional, I would suggest you contact your doctor and let them know what is going on.

I would tell the doc who prescribed the medication changes immediately.

I wonder what your blood pressure is on the days u retain the fluid. Sometimes a change in meds can fix this problem. Good advice here
