Apartments That Lease To Providers???

Hello everyone. I am seriously considering moving to Austin. Does anyone have any info on Apartments that would do a leasing agreement without paycheck stubs? I would prefer the North Austin Area
Most apartments don't require pay check stubs fi they can verify employment and you have a decent rental history. If you need pay check stubs, then they are fairly easy to create online.

all I needed to get into any of mine was a "letter of employment" on company letter head...easy to make and a friend who is willing to play "boss" when they call..
Many apartments will also take 90 days of bank statements. Just tell them you own your own business.
Right. That's how I'm planning on moving into a new place... Deposit your money in your account and then take that to them.

One problem you have with all of the suggestions here is that Austin is tightening up.

Landlord's and Property Management Companies have a lot of folks to choose from so they want, what they want the way they want it.

It's not a matter of charging you an app fee and looking for a reason to say yes..... It's how do you wean out all the yes's that you get so you can say no....

Competition for anything in reasonable shape below $1250 a month is pretty high
Okay thank you for the advice
