We are still experiencing some technical issues. We do apologize for that and appreciate your patience as the problem is being addressed.
At this time, it seems that IE11 is having the worst time of it. If you are using that, it is suggested that you disable Shockwave Flash Object for better results.
Users that have Chrome or Firefox as their browser report they are having an easier time of it, so you may want to give that a try.
