My personal favorites are Pho Palace and Pho Pasteur in Arlington. Used to eat at both of them all the time in college. The chef at Pho Pasteur was a pretty cool dude. good choice Prolongus.. Pho Ngon (delicious Pho) does indeed have a good broth, and generous portions of meat.. unfortunately flies seem to easily make their way into Hong Kong Market, where Pho Ngon is housed, so be ready to swat them out of your way.
