i wouldn't call it a vaccine. the purpose of the flu shot is to give you a low grade flu such that you'll have greater immunity to that strain. problem is there are many strains and no one flu shot can give limited immunity for all of them. you can get a flu shot and still get the flu so it can't be considered a true vaccine. Nobody should try to argue with that. If the Flu shot could guarantee 100% effective against several strains of flu over a five year period and it's contents were not poisonous, I would take it and gladly pay several hundred dollars even if my insurance didn't cover it. The harsh reality is the annual Flu shot gives you minimal protection at best and it's contents are questionable in terms of toxicity and most insurance will cover the whole cost and if you don't have insurance it's less than fifty bucks. That's right that's how they make their money. High Blood Pressure and High Cholesterol Drugs are frequently prescribed. It use to be 300 total Cholesterol was the standard for treatment then it went to 200 total Cholesterol simply because more people could be given a prescription same thing with High blood Pressure, and there are so many of these drugs. It doesn't take much to walk out of a Doctors Office with a Prescription.

I've read this isn't morphing as fast as influenza. If there's no effective vaccine that probably won't be the reason why.

Can they do anything to you for not wearing a mask besides giving you a lecture? I read Abbott's pronouncements outweighed the cities, and he said no penalties for people without masks. Agreed, exempting the homeless doesn't make sense. Requiring people to wear masks at home doesn't make sense either, if that's what the judge is trying to do.
