Lets hear it for Kansas...

...the legislature has passed a bill to lower the age of concealed carry to 18. We also have constitutional carry rights meaning we don't need a permit.

Can Kansas 18-year-olds drink alcoholic beverages without their parents present? And more importantly, can they (18-year-olds) have consensual sex with members of the opposite sex?

We carried rifles on the bus and kept them in our locker (bolt action 22s) in my high school.

Back in the day everybody has rifles in the truck , and crime was lower

There is talk that this could be the year Texas passes a law making constitutional carry legal in the state.
