Lets hear it for Kansas...

...the legislature has passed a bill to lower the age of concealed carry to 18. We also have constitutional carry rights meaning we don't need a permit.

Can Kansas 18-year-olds drink alcoholic beverages without their parents present? And more importantly, can they (18-year-olds) have consensual sex with members of the opposite sex?

We carried rifles on the bus and kept them in our locker (bolt action 22s) in my high school.
