what's problematic here is he was never charged with a crime, and he was deported without due process and in defiance of the explicit orders of a federal judge. this was an extra-judicial deportation. so now the Trump admin is exempt from the rulings of the federal judiciary? is that what we learned from this case? Marbury vs. Madison has been overruled by executive fiat?
