That’s right actions do have consequences. And people who get fired for celebrating something like a political assassination should expect pushback if they piss off the public or their bosses.
I’ll happily agree with that.
But that means that people on both sides need to stop bitching when it happens to someone they like.
Politics in America has become tribal and polarizing. While I don't totally agree with people being fired for something they said or posted online even if they didn't like Charlie Kirk the 1st Amendment should be upheld. It's a slippery slope getting fired for things said but people should use better judgement especially if it's going to potentially cost a business millions of dollars or their career. Before Charlie Kirk got shot I never heard of the name. He's too young and died young at the hands of a brainwashed leftist idiot.
It wasn’t a leftist that killed him. So there is that.
