Yeah, the CDC's early response sucked. They delayed testing. And banning flights from China in late January was prescient. It's what happened during February and the first half of March, that is to say very little, that is the basis for the criticism of Trump. 2. Giuliani is freelancing again. This didn't work out too well in the Ukraine. Giuliani has done more to make Trump a one term president than any Democrat.
