Lt. Col. Tony Shaffer said tonight that his sources tell him that Obama was one of the people in the room watching the Benghazi attack go down. Col. Shaffer believes it would have taken an order by the president to intervene or not.

#1: The CIA's timeline (best case scenario for Obaminable) says that the initial assault was REPORTED at 9:40 p.m. and the final assault was over at 5:26 a.m.

#2: According to the video and audio of the crowd who removed Stevens he was alive when he was taken to a car to be taken to the hospital .... there is NO EVIDENCE that he was dead after 49 minutes ... the video would have been impossible in a fire-fight and there would have been weapons fire and explosions in the background rather than cheers and voices ...
