I think with medication like prep and other medicaton making HIV non detectable, as well non transferable during sex. I think the fear isn’t as great as it once was. Bbfs has been around the hobby forever. Most secrets are kept secrets most clients and providers don’t go around saying have participated in it. Do I think it rampant? No but i do its feel it’s ymmv on a person to person basis with a small amount providers.
