capital gains rates are most likely at risk and before the end of the year the market will most likely crash as anyone with a gain scrambles to sell

and with dividend rates probably going up ..well that doesnt help

also with jobs going south, corporate earnings will spiral downward

but where to put money? you wont get anything at the bank....gold and silver?
