Yes, isnt that interesting.. as it turns out, Im well liked and have some loyal clients that would never talk about me or any other provider that way. And they sure dont appreciate u talking that way about me.

Gemma, with all due respect, when you are in a customer oriented position, sometimes it's best to just let some things roll by and not respond. It's just bad PR when you feel the need to sharply respond to all the negative posts concerning you. I'm not attacking you, just alittle advice is all. You have been around long enough to know this, but sometimes it's good to be reminded and take a deep breath.

You should know that what is said between the sheets should stay between the sheets.

As a provider, discretion should be above all else... but by your own words to which you nonchalantly say....
