Isn't it possible that it's just not been done properly on most instances? Sounds like real life GB's have a bottle neck issue where only one guy is serviced at a time. Not like pornos where the girl is giving HJs, BJs, and possibly DP all at once. That would increase the number of men serviced to 4 or 5.
