Not familiar with Rochester, but Gianni Mazia's in Clarence makes wood fired brick oven pizza like in the photo. Infamous defense attorney Paul Cambria owns the place fwiw. I liked it, but I'm not familiar with the genre and how it compares to the real thing from Greenwich Village. http://giannimazias.com/
