traveling back to Buffalo!!!

So most my trip here were but short for my other job. Now I only work one and I'm kind of wondering when is the best time for calls there I usually come late in the afternoon and leave late the next evening. When I leave tho that's when my phone blows up and a lot of times I feel bad as he I false advertised when in all reality I was just following the schedule I could..... now my other question is what's the best incall area most my appointments are outs when I come there which is no problem but I'd hate to come there get a room andnot use it properly
