So what are you going to get honey?
A similar one was mentioned earlier, but the best one I ever saw (up close and personal, mind you) was a mouse pushing a lawnmower that was placed right in the area of where the lady shaved...
Sounds cute.

I actually think having the letters L-U-N-Y-T-U-N-Z arranged in a heart shaped fashion on your right buttocks would be quite appealing.

Why don't you get a sak yant tattoo from Thailand? IF I were to get a tattoo, and I've thought a lot about it lately, I think that a blessed tattoo from a monk would be very interesting. And meaningful.

I don't believe that you can get that type of tattoo in a private place, though. It would be difficult enough to find a good monk to give you a tattoo. They're funny about working on women.

Otherwise, I'm a real fan of quotes.

Here is a book from my wish list but it might be a good reference:
"The Word Made Flesh: Literary Tattoos from Bookworms Worldwide". Talmadge and Taylor are the duel authors.

I'm a huge fan of tattoos. I'm just unsure about getting one myself. But these are a few directions that I've explored.

Good luck and have fun. And those butt tattoos? Rather over the top, I think.

Of course, I DID just suggest that you travel to Thailand.

Believe it or not but before Lunytunz ever posted I had this thought...

A simple little B/W tattoo by the kitty of Pepe Le Pew with him saying "Ohh la la oui oui".

I will probably never make it to Thailand, but now you got me wanting to google some unique ideas lol! If and when you make it to Thailand, I think you should definitely get a blessed tattoo done by a monk Elisabeth!! You'd be the only person I'd know with that type of tattoo.

Thanks for ideas everyone! Its so fun to see all these different suggestions. The lawn mower idea is just cute as I don't know what! But I think I'll pass on that one, I mow my own lawn Lol!

Nice to see a fellow quote fan.

I've studied tattoos, and their meanings, for awhile.

The idea of tattoos having spiritual meanings for groups of people was something that I was aware of, but it wasn't until watching Chris Garver (of that silly show "Miami Ink") that I learned about tattoos, and their meanings, from Thailand.

I'll admit to having a few guilty pleasures and watching shows of tattoos, "Ink Master" and others, is one of them. I completely enjoy it especially since getting a tattoo is so damn permanent.

Not that the show featured it, but after seeing his tattoo (which is similar to the picture below), I did some research.

The other picture is Angelina Jolie's tattoo which was done in Cambodia, also by monks, I think.

Here is the meaning of what was written:

May your enemies run far away from you.
If you acquire riches, may they remain yours always.
Your beauty will be that of Apsara.
Wherever you may go, many will attend, serve and protect you, surrounding you on all sides.

Anyway, I thought it was cool although the styling wouldn't be for everyone.

And thanks for appreciating my post! Good luck with whatever you choose. I'm sure it'll be perfect for you!

How neat! Now I'll be on this laptop all day checking out these types of tattoos! I actually love the designs. This is why I posted for ideas on eccie, you never know who will suggest what. I'm very intrigued now and appreciate the insightful ideas.

Guess I need to watch Miami Ink now lol! I watch some of the others every once in awhile....
