Making Some minor Changes For The FALL Season!

Hey y'all, I've decided to change a few things with me as far as my business is concerned; my services and donation amount...etc. I am based in Wichita as most of y'all know, and I've decided to lower my 1,1.5, & 2 hr donation as well as I will begin looking for a discreet studio of some sort to begin offering incall. I will also begin making changes to my website immediately and will get some new photos taken asap! The only thing that's changed physically is my hair (of course) LOL!

Reason is i have been told a few times I'm kinda pricey for Wichita, and usually I would say, oh well, I don't give a shit lol! But i need to give a shit dammit. Its all about servicing the potential clientele and listening to feedback and making any alterations i need to in order to satisfy everyone included.
And i do realize that having incall during the day would enable me to cater to more of the men engaged with family. So I'm looking into it. I don't like hotels and i don't work out of my personal home so i will invest in a seperate studio or such.

I'm also up for any suggestions or feedback from y'all on here!

250 for an hour seems the average going rate. If you offer that I'm sure you'll get more clients.
Incalls are also a business generator - hobbyists like myself can only do incalls so that will increase your customer base.
The more business you get will mean more opportunities to head to KC. And when you do, myself and I'm positive a few others will be lining up to be immersed in the Gemma experience

Sounds like you have a good plan but considering you are going to be taking care of 2 places at once that's a lot of new overhead/expenses .... rates-wise i'm sure you'll find the right balance in still working smarter (and not harder) .

And yes, of course, two places is a bit more than my current bills, but I'm sure it will pay for itself by 10 with what I make. And besides, 4 days in a hotel is equivalent to the rent of a studio here in Wichita. Working smarter not harder is something I've always done.

I'm not making these changes to become a high volume provider or because I NEED more money, but I WANT more money...( who doesn't??) and am trying to expand my options to cater to a wider variety of gentlemen while not being so uptight, as I usually am, when it comes to me being set in my ways. Just making some changes in hopes I can appeal to my wants AS WELL as my clients.

I'm usually pretty intelligent when it comes to anything I do, business and personal.

Well this sucks a big one, I was all excited about you coming to KC, I lived in Wichita a while back...guess I never should have left.

I was thinking the same thing, cost of a hotel at 100 a day, that adds up fast, it would be cheaper to have your own place. Like your own hideaway.
