Success Rate with Civie Ladies

I have read quite a few of the posts on this site concerning finding hidden gem sugar babies, and the most promising seems to be girls working at fast food, retail clothing, etc. I know this question is highly dependent upon many factors, but in general what kind of success rate do you guys have when you make your play upon the average girl working in those situations? Often, I can tell (maybe I'm projecting) that they seem unsatisfied with their existence and their employment, so I make my play, but even with such qualified leads I find I have to swing away hundreds of times to make the occasional connection. This seems normal to me and quite reasonable, do many of you have the same experience? Also, you girls who are (were originally) approached in this manner, are you mainly considering the financial angle, or does being with a successful guy offer any extra enjoyment of the situation?

oic - this site is simple to figure out, and I read a bunch of stuff on it. Some of us are quicker on the uptake than you might think. Plus, I searched for something like this.

Success rate with civvies goes way, way up if the girl gives some sort of "buy" or "talk to me" signal.

Eye contact at bar.
Change from work conversation at retail to personal conversation to flirt.

Look for the buy signals.

Everything else is just polite chit chat in public.

Thanks, that is a great way of putting it. Looking back, I can see where that has occurred from time to time, albeit somewhat rarely.
