Dispute

Seriously?
Now that's just silly.
I agree with,well,everyone else..
Happy Monday
First, dispose of the guilt related to the other guy who got bumped. That guilt is bullshit, and I have experience with this so I know. And yes, maybe you are that good.

Second, do you really care if she is upset you canceled with 5 hours notice? Is this a favorite? Someone you really want to see? I don't see how it can negatively affect your reputation. Ladies would kill for a gentleman who gives five hours of notice. They will recognize her complaint as baseless.
It's really about how important it is to you to keep the provider relationship, you don't really owe her anything, but without a monetary gesture on your part she may have a bad taste in her mouth which can sour future possibilities.

To anyone wondering she is not a member of ECCIE (used to be), only a member of P411.

Check the cancel policy like they said...if she doesn't have one...make your own decision based on if you want to see her again or not...if she does have one you need to abide by it...

Ask her what she did with that other dude
to make up for him getting canceled.

There's your answer.

....I'm hungry.

.

If you want to continue that relationship, then tell her that you will make it up to her (for your cancellation) the next time that you make an appointment.

If you do not want to see her again, then tell her that you will make up it up to her (for your cancellation) the next time that you make an appointment.

Was she also cleaning your teeth? 5 hours is plenty of notice. If you haven't noticed customers dictate how you run a business because without them there is no business.

You have now scorned her as I have with this post so best move on to a more customer oriented provider.

Such sweet sorrow like when you have your finger in a glass of water and pull it out how that hole just stays there, not.
