Just Curious, How Active Is The Women's Only Forum?

It's so refreshing to see a thread like this in a coed forum. Life does get busy and coming here allows an escape from the mundane and absurdities of life.

And I love how FIH calls the shamrock as she sees it. My lovely lady, you always had sharp perceptive wits about you ever since I met you. I may have stopped posting ads, but I do still chime in when I see conversation that piques my interest. I do enjoy the banter that providers and clients share in the virtual world and especially in our own private (or not so private, if that's what's preferred) encounters.

When I first ran across this site, I thought it would be pretty interesting to interact with with lots of providers and hear your side of things and thoughts on different issues. It took all of five minutes to realize that like most boards, there was a small cadre of bitter and negative guys who constantly denigrate people and either drive off the moderates or drive them to the silent sidelines.

This is especially noticeable with providers. There is a small minority of very thick skinned ladies, and occasionally one or two as gutter as the guys, but for the most part very few women post anything. I've observed the same phenomenon citizen, I think between the harsh critics, the trolls, and the nature of subjective interpretation on a message board I think it does many women's business more harm than good to be an active poster. Even when they win an argument they stand to lose customers. It's a bit of a catch-22 no matter how they come across so I think many just post ads, provide excellent service, and let their reviews speak for themselves. I think this is the perfect answer. Most of the time pointless posting creates drama/bickering. I personally think and do what you stated above. Post my ads and MOSTLY keep my opinion to myself. This is a discussion bourd so one can not expect everyone to get along. Like they say opinions are like assholes we all have one but sometimes opinions are best kept unsaid..
