Sebelius was forced out because she did not communicate to her boss that the Website had severe problems before going live on Oct 1,2013. She should have communicated to President Obama that there were severe problems in system test with the Website. She should have recommended that they delay the rollout until the severe problems were fixed. Have you noticed all of the bad press that has been generated with the botched rollout of the Website?
