As for infractions, the reason as to why you accrued them should have been, and most likely was, sent to you along with the length of time those infractions would remain on your profile. Thousands of individuals here have gotten their point across (even really nasty ones) without being accessed infractions, I suppose it is a learned skill, but if you pay attention you may find it a useful one.

In the last year or so, I have seriously considered invoking the "Ignore" feature and adding many to the list, but after a recent discussion with another member, decided against that action.

It is the postings and personalities, whether real or anonymously created and the discussions that ensue from stated opinions, questions and rants, that make this SHMB interesting and keep it from being so boring.

Jayhawker (who has raised some interesting perspectives) is just the latest member to annoy the masses, but at the same time spur conversation and discussion along with making some valid points.
