Having a drink?

I normally offer up a beverage to my guests (bottled water, wine, beer, soda, sportsdrinks and various alcoholic beverages). My question is; is it worth it to purchase this stuff to keep on hand or lug around?

I like to always drink water, and sometimes have a glass of wine or a cocktail in the evening.

When hobbying, do you want a drink? Just some water? Nothing at all? Do you just want to get in and out? Bring your own beverage?

Ive learned a few things about why your fat ass is "hungry":

1, You are likely thirsty:
Often before you eat you've heard, "drink some water!"
I've also thought I was told this to "fill up" on water. That is right/wrong.
Being dehydrated, doesnt mean you get thirsty, but being dehydrated can mean you feel:
hungry
moody
doing things is harder(than compared to when you had lots of water
--this link shows that a man walking on a treadmill when he was full of water VS dehydrate, his perceived effort doubled as did his heart rate

Bottled water would be awesome to have available, just like the nicer massage places (legit places) have. Anything more seems like a lot of trouble for you to go through.
That said, a cold bottle of Sam Adams Boston Lager would sure hit the spot after a vigorous romp
Don't people smoke after sex anymore?? LOL
I usually like a bottle of water, if it is a multi hour date I will ask what she likes and get a bottle of her favorite.

Having something to drink gives you and the hobbyist something to do while talking and breaking the ice. It's a nice gesture that helps ease some of the awkward tension that might exist at a first meet.
I bring a bottle of water. Anything you do (fresh shower, no TV, music, clean room, refreshment) that makes me feel that you have spent time or energy preparing for my visit is a big plus.

Great question Holly. I usually hydrate before a date, so I dont usually need a bottled drink, and most dont offer, but it is a nice gesture. If it was a multi- hour date, I may need something to drink after all the....ahem, "talking, " and usually water is fine. I'm okay with drinking hotel tap water, but some are not.
Coke, Pepsi, Ice Tea or Flavored Water, cold please.

I think it's a great idea for 2+ hour dates, but not sure it's needed for 1 hour or less. Actually, the few times I've indulged in 2+ hours I've offered to bring refreshments myself...
