I assume everyone that I visit with may have some sort of illness, even unknowingly. I always use precaution to minimize the risk of contracting his or her flu or whatever he/she has.

A very close friend of mine is gay, and I have witnessed many married men stray towards his rainbow... some once, but most twice or more. We are talking about perfectly respectable men with families, careers, etc. These days there is no sure way to tell who is what, and what's been where. For me it's best to put my efforts into protecting myself than to investigate people's preference history and give myself a headache.
