You begin with the premise that this is faked, so anything you see afterward is seen through that lens. You think it's faked, so the women doing something illogical is something you find strange. In and of itself, the fact that she turned one way or another, signifies nothing. In fact, if you watch the video, she actually takes one step. You don't see her run away or walk away quickly as you suggest. The reason the cameraman didn't turn around is because he's filming a live tv shot, you don't fucking turn the camera around. It's normal to have people walking around behind you watching the filming.

But that's only normal when a news team is aware of people in the vicinity of the filming and you can bet they are fully aware of what's around them. If you go back and view the original video you'll notice the cameraman is filming what's below the deck. He pans his camera in all directions to give viewers a good overall idea of what Bridgewater Plaza looks like. You should notice there is absolutely no activity what so ever. No cars in the parking lot, no people walking around. Then a figure shows up on the deck. None of the three show any signs through eye contact or any other body language that another person is in their presence. The shooter approaches way to close to the filming for the three to behave so oblivious. Doesn't make sense to me.
