That's typically my first question: Where are you located? I'm not trying to get someone's specific address. Just trying to figure out what area a providers is in.

I do that because there a quite a few providers on here who will advertise being in a specific area, and then when it comes down to setting the appointment, they are nowhere near there.

i.e. Westpark and the Beltway IS NOT the Galleria. Conroe, the Woodlands, and Kingwood ARE NOT the northwest side. Greenspoint IS NOT the Heights. Greenway Plaza is also NOT the Galleria.

As we all know, with Houston roads and traffic, even 10 miles can make a pretty big difference time-wise.
