Best place to stay

I'm thinking about coming down towards the end of the month and going to the rodeo as well as playing a lil bit. So where are the best places to stay and to eat ?

I'm staying downtown and available for an outcall tonight later. I'm never in SA and won't be again for awhile. Would love to have some fun tonight.
