First off, Amber did not remove me as a mod nor as an admin, of which at the time there were maybe more than 10 or 12 admins in Dallas, Houston and elsewhere. I was the leading Support Group Admin and also moderated in several cities. I was in direct contact with her by phone and email and pm up to 48 hours before she died.

Her mother and stepfather were telling me for months during Amber's final illness that they were updating the site's software and hardware on a regular basis and having me pass that information to mods and members. I never had direct access to the site's inner operation, to the best of knowledge, only Amber, and perhaps her partner at the time had that.

After Amber died, her mother starting running the site directly for a few weeks and she empowered a former Dallas admin as the overall site administrator who then several weeks after Amber's passing told me that Amber had left an email instructing that I was to be removed as an admin and moderator. I asked for but never was given a copy of the email. About a month later the entire site died.

As for the Houston raid, the venue sold us out after having its liqour license being threatened by Houston vice. Yes, several UCs were admitted by the club which we had naively allowed to run the front door for us and the club admitted 4 or 5 UCs who circulated through the crowd of more than 150, and just before last call 2 dozen vice rushed in. None of the UCs was ever vouched onto the guest list.

Vice isolated 15 people from the est. 125 attendees still inside the club or and took 12 downtown. The 12 obviously did not respect the event rules, according to LEOs.

Vice did not confiscate the 76 toys nor the $400 in cash intended for charity and the next day which were delivered to the Houston battered women's shelter.

Of the 12 persons taken downtown, one was for outstanding traffic related warrants, several were in the country illegally and were turned over to INS and others pleaded out. Far as I know, no one did any jail time for violating P laws.

Socials run in Amber's Houston days were organized by Houston moderator 1RudePlayer and yes, the ladies then had zero input to the guest list. No hobbiests were ever vouched in, to the best of my knowledge but some were kicked off the guest lists when their behavior was found out.

Events that I organized and hosted since 2002 in San Antonio and later in Austin after the organizers there bowed out and also in several cities elsewhere and then in Houston some years later always were with only vouched in providers and vouched in hobbiests.

The vouching system has always worked up everywhere except for the Houston incident in 2009, coincidently the week after Amber's death.

It has never been a secret that my events (just like all the others) had a marketing aspect for the ladies and ditto for the gents, as well as networking, networking, networking.

Every moderator -- and many leading hobbiests -- have been accused of abusing "power." And, obviously, that so-called abuse would include sexual favors. Or, even cash, perhaps.

Some mods and hobbiests actually did and definitely some are still doing so.

For those with longer memories, it was I who first blew the whistle on the moderator mess in Oklahoma City where mods and a gang of hobbiests were abusing providers. It took Amber a year to determine that ck1942 was correct since the Dallas admins whitewashed the probe.

That said, I have no reservations about saying I was never one of those mods or hobbiests seeking freebies or discounts.

My hobby budget has always been as flush as I ever needed, limited only by my time and provider availability.

Any "favors" I ever did as a mod or admin from 2001 to the end of 2009 were to help those in need of legitimate admin or moderator assistance, both males and females.

As for abusing whatever "power" some might assume I possess as a social organizer and host, I call BULLSHIT!

Invites are open to all vouched in ladies and gents whether members here or not. Travelers, too.

I am obviously a frequent hobbiest and reviewer, but so what!

I am not and never have been a mod here, and, I have no desire to serve in that role.

Spent way too many hours a week for close to 10 years doing that. That was one of my ways of giving back to the community. Events are another.

Yes, I do have one or two "powers."

First is the ability to accept some risk in organizing and hosting close to a hundred or more very successful social events since 2002.

Second, a thick skin and a lot of patience and tolerance for internet "stuff."

Furthermore, he publicly says he never has taken advantage of a woman. After some thought I decided since her business seems well established based on reviews she has no reason to not jump out and say "oh yes you did mother fucker" and proceed to tell her story.
