Same situation here, after taking a break and coming back my tcb isn't always consistent, but I try my best. The RL is hectic, but I'd rather be busy than bored lol, workaholic probs.

I will say that it doesn't help the communication situation when men do not provide references up front, or expect to be screened and meet within the hour though. Sometimes it can work sure, but most of the time not so much. There's a certain amount of nuisances to both sides, and sometimes it's best to just roll with it.
