1. Kitty did not guest Mercianna-- she maintained the same account, just changed her name. That means, ANYTHING posted under Kitty is still usable and its even still allowable to call her Mercianna and be within guidelines. Its the same as when people tie RedCajunSpinner to SexyPlatinum. All of the posts and reviews of Kitty and Merci are on the same account and appear to be one in the same.

2. If a person manages to get a new account without guesting an old one, then the old name gets no protection. This is why people are allowed to bring up DavidFree's old handle and also why there was no penalty when David connected two handles as neither were guested at the time.

3. If a person GUESTS an account and gets a new one, the GUESTED account is 100% untouchable. Why? Because Guesting isn't always granted and generally requires some sort of security breach to have it granted.

The problem Kitty had.. and I already explained this to her when she was first banned.. is that she was threatening to out a guested account. That's a no-no. Fortunately, it was only a threat, so she got 6 months rather than the 12 she would have received, had she actually outed the old account. Biggest thing to remember-- if you are the sort who gets emotional, its always best to walk away... and if you insist on playing, make sure you know the rulebook inside and out.
