I do Greek but depends on person tbh. (Measurements) I don't prefer it but lets just say; i can take it... Sp when and if i do i like to make it count$!$$!

Things that work for me..

Use an enema at least two hours before your appointment.

Get a flexible butt plug and leave it in for at least 30 minutes before appointment. (The soft flexible plastic not a glass plug) It will not be comfortable at first but will make the initial penetration a lot easier.

Use a good lube that doesn't dry fast or get sticky. Wet products are my favorite.

Lube yourself inside and out, really use your finger and get the lube inside. Lube him up too.

Position yourself in a 90 degree angle. Standing and bending over the bed is easier than laying on your back the first time.

Start slow and relax your muscles as much as possible. Any type of clenching will make the pain worse.
