please help

This is the 3rd email. Im attempting to write a review. I cannot find where to start. Im not 100% computer friendly but it must be easy. Please reply is there an icon or wgat?

Go into reviews, like you are going to read one,at the bottom of that page there is a blue box that says new review. Tap the box and the form will come up

I have been to this page numerous times. I see only the blue box "New Thread" not the "New Review" as you have shown. I've tried just normal site, mobile M.ECCIE.NET, all Dallas Providers, and no review tab shows up. On Monday i did get to it, but had to quit. I hand wrote a review to insure i encluded every thing, and then nothing.
So i know the tablet will access to "review " just not when i need it. Cannot use a full up computer.

Do i need to be premium member? Shouldn't be because yrs ago I posted 2 reviewsband eccie made me premium for months.

Premium access gained for submitting a review only gives you 6 weeks. Once a moderator has approved your review, you should get 6 more weeks.
