I think Obama was the greatest president we have ever had. I voted for Hillary just so that Trump wouldn't get into the White House. I think Trump is the biggest douche bag our country has ever had to suffer. I walked in protest with the millions of women who marched to protest his taking office. I have walked in protests and took to the streets to support these causes, and I would do it again. But no one on this board knows any of that about me, or cares. They just see that I am white and make assumptions about the color of my skin and that I must absolutely be a racist.

I understand the unchecked racism that is rampant in the adult industry, I have seen it all first hand, especially in the South. I have worked for clubs that had a limit on the head count of black ladies who were allowed to work each evening. I have been told in spas that I have worked in that black ladies were not allowed to be hired, ever, not for any reason (have you gentlemen considered how rare it is to see black ladies in spas?). I have seen black ladies fired for minimal offenses while other races have gotten away with murder. And yes I have spoken out about it, but in the long run, no club owner or spa owner gives a shit about Curvy Katie's opinion, pretty much the same way you don't give a shit about my opinion either.

I was in the VIP section at a popular club in Austin that has been there for many years. I went with my boyfriend and we were invited into VIP by the owner. I was told I could bring any girl of my choice to dance for us in VIP. I picked the most beautiful girl I saw, she was a young pretty black girl. I brought her up there and had her dance for us until I was grabbed by the elbow and pulled to the side and told to tell that girl to leave and that if I ever did that shit again I would be kicked out of the club. This came directly from the owner.

So yes, I am very aware of what the situation is like in the adult industry. It may be 2017 in the rest of the world, but it is not in the adult industry and I don't really see how it is going to change, not for a long time, because no one is going to regulate it.

But the thing is, there are people, like me, who see this firsthand and who do not agree with it. But what are you accomplishing by shitting on the people who actually have your side? We are on the same team, but you want to run me off and say every shitty thing possible to me simply because I am white and you hate white people so therefore I am automatically some piece of shit and everything I say is just attack on your race?

If you read the mission statement of the women's march, it was in solidarity for minority rights. We did march in support for BLM as well as Trump's insistence on building walls and creating travel bans, so I am glad I went out to support minority's rights even you won't get out an march for it yourself. It's not the only march I attended, just the specific march that protested Trump taking office.
